The 7 Keys For Attention Development is a series of interactive training modules designed for stress reduction, improved focus, personal growth and development. You may do up to two training segment per day to help you learn how to access your inner pharmacy to provide you with all the bio-chemicals you need through activation of your endocrine, nervous, cardiovascular and immune systems. It is designed to share evidence based knowledge and tools to be more attentive, relaxed, connected and in self-control of your mental and emotional state through mastering how you can fill you own prescriptions from within. Through application of the tools and strategies of the Key Prescriptions participants enhance their wellness, emotional intelligence and ability to function successfully in whatever endeavor they choose in their work, study or relationships.
Additionally our program has been updated to include the latest research on the effects of smart phone usage creating ongoing levels of anxiety when the phone is NOT in use. Program participants will develop new levels of self control to navigate this constant intrusion on our lives.
Research studies have shown that with forty days of consistent behavior old habits can be broken and new ones established. This can work for being more focused and aware, establishing new exercise routines, eating a healthier diet, or improving well- being and self-care. Through continual practice your body learns new ways of providing you the drugs you need from your inner pharmacy to be focused, relaxed and feeling good. Research has also shown that when there is accountability with a on going coaching relationship it can improve the results normally achieved by self-improvement courses or training programs up to 300%. Each day participants are given access to one of the 84 daily lessons that train them to achieve success. The training regimes explain and direct your practice of the essential elements that work to enhance attentiveness, clarity and self-management. Participants receive three daily reminders through their smart phone or email to help integrate what is being learned in all aspects of their life. There is a weekly online interactive training session with program participants that students watch and have the ability to directly communicate their questions. This allows participants to interact at different levels: to practice tools, ask questions and model the techniques the founder Brian Sheen has developed from his 44 years of research and development modeling successful tools and strategies . One day a week is an integration day for participants to reflect and allow the weekly training to integrate and "simmer".
Participants must finish all the tasks of each day before gaining access to the next lessons tasks. You can do up to two full lessons per day. The training areas include; calm presence, focus, maintaining a positive attitude, feeling centered and grounded, reducing stress, learning forgiveness, effective communication, feeling alert and energized, becoming more heart directed and purposeful, connected and well nourished. The 7 Keys is a coach directed program so that each day when participants complete their training tasks, they fill in their online journal to share their experience with their Brian who is there to help guide you and keep you on track. Brian is always available for questions or guidance. Personalized online or Skype sessions are available at anytime if you want to add to this 7 Keys Foundation program. Private sessions over and above daily guidance for program steps are charged separately although Premium Program participants receive a thirty minute Skype session each week.
All participants’ activities are tracked to help them see their progress to ensure their you are maintaining momentum to keep moving forward. Participants have access to their day to day journal,coach messages,daily inspirational messages,review of previous lesson training videos and audio as well as the ability to message their coach at any time.

In the first forty two days participants learn the foundational elements and tools for attention development, self-management, effective communication, and stress release. This is followed by an additional forty two days of practice for integration as these tools and strategies are to turned into new habits.

It is vital that consistency is maintained so that you build new habits. Ideally the 12 week program is completed in 12 weeks but in no case should it be longer than 16 weeks to get the full benefit.
